Membership and roles
Applications, approvals, roles and the member register; you decide who sees what.
Who has paid their dues, what’s in the village fund, what did the fountain repair cost? Wherever your fellow villagers live, they see the same records — and a village with no signal doesn’t hold anything up.
Few people still live in the village; many live in cities or abroad. The information lives in a couple of notebooks and phones.
Half the dues are collected in cash at the village café during the holidays, the rest lands in someone’s bank account; even the treasurer isn’t sure who has paid.
Every payment, cash or transfer, is recorded with a numbered receipt. Members far from home check their own balance on their phone and pay by card.
Income, expenses, dues and receiptsNews of a funeral or an illness arrives; who to call, who gave what — by evening nobody remembers.
A funeral meal or a hospital visit becomes an aid request with a budget, an owner and volunteers, and everyone sees the outcome.
Aid and needs managementThere’s no signal in the village, so the assembly attendance list and the money collected go on paper and get forgotten back in the city.
Enter records in the village without internet; they sync on their own when you’re back in the city or the signal returns.
Offline workThe younger generation doesn’t know whose grandchild is whose; the member list is just names.
The family tree links families together, so each member record shows which family they belong to. Communities that don’t want it switch the module off.
Membership and rolesAn illustrative flow; the screenshot shows demo data.
A member in the village reports the broken fountain with a photo; the board records the need with an estimated cost.
The board approves the repair budget; it goes into the resolution book with a number and members are notified.
Members far from home donate from their phones; every donation gets a numbered receipt and goes into the village fund.
The repair day is announced as an event in the feed. Once done, the cost and photos are added and everyone sees where the money went.

The app calls your members “fellow villagers”, and the concepts work the way you know them.
They are ready at set-up; switch off what you don’t need and turn on more later.
Applications, approvals, roles and the member register; you decide who sees what.
Dues plans, collections, numbered receipts, cash and bank, and a double-entry ledger.
Record the need, approve the budget, assign someone, share the outcome.
General assemblies, attendance lists, polls and a numbered resolution book.
Announcements, posts, comments and events in one feed, with public share links.
Keep recording without internet; it syncs on its own when you reconnect.
Screens are simple with large text. For members who prefer not to use it, the treasurer takes their dues in person and records them — still with a numbered receipt.
The family tree is an optional module and permissions decide who sees what. Communities that don’t want it switch it off completely.
The app keeps working on the phone. Enter dues, attendance or expenses; it syncs on its own once you’re connected.
Invite your fellow villagers and put dues, the fund and decisions in everyone’s pocket.
