PRODUCT

Who's paid, who owes, what's in the account —
at a glance.

Set up the dues plan once and the rest runs on its own. Every payment is recorded with a numbered receipt, and every member sees their own balance.

THE PROBLEM

When the money is messy, trust wears thin.

It's not about anyone's intentions — it's hand-kept lists and lost receipts.

HOW IT HELPS

From dues to balance sheet, entered once.

  1. Dues plans run themselves

Enter the amount and the period once. Each period the charge is raised and members with payments due get a reminder.

  2. A numbered receipt for every payment

Receipt numbers are issued in sequence on the server — no gaps, no duplicates. Members can open and print their own receipts.

  3. Cash, bank and transactions

Cash boxes and bank accounts are tracked separately. Bank transactions are linked to the account and matched to payments automatically.

  4. Double-entry, behind the scenes

Every record becomes a journal entry; the chart of accounts, trial balance and balance sheet are ready. Even a board with no bookkeeping background keeps proper books.

  5. Recurring income and expenses

Rent, bills or monthly donations are set up once and created automatically when they fall due.

Elele "Dues" screen: October collection rate, outstanding balance, cash and bank balance; members' payment status and journal entries on the right.

FAQ

Questions about money.

Do I need to know bookkeeping?

No. You say "dues collected" or "bill paid"; the app keeps the double-entry record behind the scenes. Your accountant can view the trial balance and balance sheet directly.

How are receipt numbers issued?

Numbers are issued on the server, in sequence, per community. Even if two people issue receipts at the same moment, numbers never clash or skip.

Can members pay their dues in the app?

Yes. Members see what they owe and pay by card; the payment is recorded in the income ledger and your bank account with its receipt. The board records cash and bank transfers.
