WHO IT’S FOR

From need to task, from task
to outcome.

A neighbourhood support network, a disaster relief group, a student society or a weekend clean-up crew: even without a formal association, the work stays organised. Every need has an owner and every task an outcome.

EVERYDAY HEADACHES

Lots of volunteers, no follow-up.

Volunteer groups form fast and grow fast, but “who’s taking this on?” often goes unanswered.

EXAMPLE FLOW

Example: need → task → outcome.

An illustrative flow; the screenshot shows demo data.

  1. A need is reported

A volunteer records a food parcel need for a family in the neighbourhood; a coordinator approves it and sets a budget.

  2. It’s split into tasks

Shopping, packing and delivery become separate tasks; volunteers claim the open ones.

  3. The work is followed

Each task is ticked off when done; overdue tasks remind their owner, and the coordinator sees the whole picture on one screen.

  4. The outcome is closed

After delivery the need is closed as met and the spending is booked with its receipt. The family’s name is visible only to authorised people.

YOUR WORDS

In the language of volunteering.

Even without a formal structure, the work is on record; the app calls your people “members”.

Call for volunteers
A volunteer post in the feed; anyone who wants to help signs up in a tap.
Need
What, for whom, by when — with an approved budget and a volunteer in charge.
Tasks and projects
Owner, due date, status; projects are made of tasks and show progress.
Coordinator
A role that approves needs, hands out tasks and runs the shared fund.
Shared fund
Donations raised and money spent, with receipts and a report everyone can see.
Person receiving help
Their name and details are visible only to authorised roles; the group sees the outcome.
MODULE SET

Modules that come switched on.

They are ready at set-up; switch off what you don’t need and turn on more later.

FAQ

Volunteer groups ask.

We’re not a registered association. Can we set one up?

Yes. The volunteer group type doesn’t need a legal entity. If you register as an association later, your members, tasks and fund stay in the same community.

Can everyone see volunteers’ phone numbers?

No. Numbers and personal details are shown only as far as each volunteer allows; you message each other inside the app.

Can we get going quickly in an emergency such as a disaster?

A community is set up in minutes and volunteers join with a link. Records can be entered where the internet is down; they sync when the connection is back.
