WHO IT’S FOR

For every animal on the street,
kindness on record.

Where has the food run out, which cat is still in treatment, who’s on the feeding rota this week? Volunteers look at the same list, and donors see which treatment their money paid for.

EVERYDAY HEADACHES

Plenty of goodwill, not much order.

Volunteers are out day and night, but the information gets lost among dozens of messages, screenshots and receipts.

EXAMPLE FLOW

Example: a winter food drive.

An illustrative flow; the screenshot shows demo data.

  1. The need is opened

The board records the winter food need for five feeding spots, with a target amount and a date.

  2. Announcement and donations

The drive is posted in the feed with a public link. Donations come in online or in cash, each with a numbered receipt.

  3. Volunteers hand it out

The food is split across feeding rounds; each round has a volunteer and a date and is ticked off when done.

  4. The outcome is shared

When the drive closes, the amount raised and spent, the food delivered and photos go in the feed. Donors see what their help achieved.

YOUR WORDS

In your volunteers’ own words.

The app calls your team “volunteers”, and work is recorded the way it happens on the ground.

Volunteers
The member list and notifications use this word — whether someone pays dues or only does feeding rounds.
Feeding spots and rounds
Recurring tasks: a weekly plan by spot, day and volunteer.
Vet need
An aid request with photos, the vet and an amount; spending is linked to the books with its invoice.
Donations and receipts
Online or in cash; every donation gets a numbered receipt and donors see their own history.
Drive
A need with a target amount, announced in the feed with a public share link.
Foster homes and adoption
Posts and aid requests in the feed; the foster volunteer’s address is visible only to authorised people.
MODULE SET

Modules that come switched on.

They are ready at set-up; switch off what you don’t need and turn on more later.

FAQ

Animal welfare groups ask.

We’re an informal group, not an association. Can we use it?

Yes. Set up as a volunteer group; aid requests, tasks and donations work the same way. If you register as an association later, your records come with you.

Do donors have to become members?

No. Someone donating through a drive link gets their receipt without joining. Regular supporters can join if they like and see their own donation history.

How do we keep vet invoices?

Attach a photo or PDF of the invoice to the aid request and the expense. The report shows each treatment’s cost with its document.
