Is Elele paid?
Yes, you can start with Elele for free; setting up your community and inviting members costs nothing.
If I take dues or donations by card, where does the money go?
Payments go straight to the community’s account through the payment provider; Elele never holds the money. The provider’s transaction fee is set by the provider you connect.
What happens to my data if I leave?
The board can export the community’s records as spreadsheet files and every member can download their own data. When an account is deleted, names in receipts and resolutions that must be kept by law are pseudonymised.
